| Metrovino is a restaurant and bar located in the north end of Portland's Pearl District, just a few walking blocks from Jamison Square Park, on the Portland Street Car line. We offer an inspired menu featuring refined yet rustic cuisine. Executive Chef Dustin See uses time-honored techniques and flavor combinations to prepare fresh, local ingredients simply and in season.
Using both an Enomatic wine system and a Perlage sparkling system, the bar features 90+ wines by the taste, glass or bottle, plus a strong list of locally distilled and internationally renowned spirits and local beers.
Metrovino is owned and operated by Todd, Jenifer, and Helena Steele. In 2008 Todd became the GM at AgriVino Wine Center in Carlton, OR. It was here that he first worked with the Enomatic machines that are now the unique backdrop to Metrovino's bar.
When building the restaurant, great care went into choosing the materials. We used items such as recycled and fully recyclable carpets, reclaimed wood, and as much material from the existing restaurant as possible. |
